In 1984 Perth plumber Steve Park decided to turn self-employed, working on new build housing projects. Steve quickly took on three plumbers to cope with the demand coming his way. Working primarily on new build projects, the company has since moved in to the domestic sector, employing 25 staff.

There are two divisions in the company, Small Contracts and Site Works. We split the company in to two divisions so staff in each division can concentrate fully on the respective clients. Brian Galletly is in charge of the Small Contracts Division whilst Sandy Henry heads the Site Works Division.

The company is fully insured, registered with Corgi and SNI-PEF and is a member of The Perthshire Chamber of Commerce.
